Welcome to Go Smoke Wagon, where the rich, bold flavors of Mediterranean cuisine roll straight to your doorstep! Our one-of-a-kind food truck is a fully equipped mobile kitchen, bringing authentic grilled meats, delicious breads, and vibrant dishes to your event. We proudly operate with all required permits from the Los Angeles County Health Department and the City of Los Angeles, ensuring your event is not only flavorful—but fully compliant and safe.
All-You-Can-Eat Mediterranean Feast
To ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for everyone at your event, the following policies apply:

Pre-Event Agreement Required
Before your event, we’ll confirm the following details:

Scheduled serving hours

Final guest count

Menu selections (choose from our curated Mediterranean offerings)

Food Management

Our staff will monitor food levels and replenish dishes when they drop below 50%.

Only the pre-agreed menu items will be served.

Quantities are scaled based on your confirmed guest count and event duration.
3.
Fair Use Guidelines

All-You-Can-Eat service is dine-in only—no takeout or sharing with non-registered guests.

Any additional guests beyond the agreed number may result in extra charges.
4.
End of Service

Food service will conclude promptly at the agreed time, even if food remains.

Cleanup begins immediately after service ends.
Truck & Setup Requirements
To ensure we can operate smoothly at your location:

Access: Share your event address in advance so we can confirm access.

Parking: Please provide a 28-ft parking space (about the size of 4 standard vehicles).

Clearance: We need at least 6 feet of vertical clearance and 8 feet of lateral space for setup and operation.

Neighbor Courtesy: If your location is residential, kindly notify neighbors that there may be aromatic grill smoke during the event.
Payment Details

Sales tax will be applied to all invoices.

For events with 30 guests or fewer, a flat service fee of $120 applies.
-
For 31 or more guests, a service fee of 18%–25% is added to the total cost.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

Full payment is due at least 24 hours before the event. If payment is not received by then, Go Smoke Wagon reserves the right to cancel your booking without notice.
Transportation & Service Provision Policy
While we aim to arrive on time and deliver a seamless experience, please understand that unforeseen technical or mechanical issues may occasionally delay or prevent the truck’s arrival. If the truck is unable to attend, we will still honor our catering commitment and serve as planned—just without the vehicle present.
